What it actually takes to get hired in each country.
Visa routes, sponsorship reality, the exams regulated professions set, documents, timelines and costs.
Teasers are the headline fact from each guide, with its source inside. Guides cite government and regulator sources, and where no official figure exists they say so rather than print one. Every guide is re-checked when the rules move.
Done-for-you résumés for abroad are written in the target country's format by a writer who knows its norms, with LinkedIn and portal profiles to match.

TCS publishes the rupee CTC for its Prime and Digital fresher bands, and the floor for Ninja, on its own careers page, so the number people hunt for on forums has been on tcs.com all along: ₹3.4 lakh minimum for a Ninja UG offer against ₹9.09 lakh at the bottom of the Prime UG range, decided by one 190 minute test. This playbook sets out the seven published eligibility rules, the pay disclosures in the annual report, the BRSR and the UK filings, and what the 23,460 fall in headcount over FY26 means for your application. Where TCS publishes nothing, on cut-offs, interview content, service agreements and notice periods, it says so and prints nothing.
Infosys hired 73,512 people in the year to March 2026 and ended it with just 5,016 more than it started, so roughly 68,500 left. Only about 20,000 of those hires were fresh graduates, which means close to three quarters of the intake came through the lateral door. This playbook works through the published entry routes and their exact eligibility rules, the pay figures that sit in the filings rather than on the careers site, and what attrition and utilisation say about how much hiring is left this year.
Accenture's own SEC pay ratio disclosure implies a median employee total compensation of roughly $22,700 a year, which is what happens when your two largest workforces are in India and the Philippines. This guide takes the wage ranges Accenture LLP certified to the US government for named roles in named cities, the UK pay quartiles it files by law, and the hiring stages, HackerRank assessment rules and 90 day retake lock it publishes itself, and turns them into a plan. Checked against filings on 21 September 2026.
Amazon publishes that different interviewers in your loop are each assigned different Leadership Principles to score, which makes preparation a grid of 16 rows rather than a list of stories. This guide sets out the published stage list and assessment timings for every role family, the base pay ranges Amazon prints by city in its own adverts, the vesting curve that makes the sign-on matter, and what the SEC, Department of Labor and UK gender pay gap filings actually say. Checked 21 September 2026.
Microsoft shed about 5,000 roles in the year to June 2026 while revenue rose 18 per cent, and the only function that grew was datacentre operations. This playbook maps every published route in, the as appropriate final round, and what Microsoft certified to the US government it would pay, by job title and wage level.
The firm's 2027 Markets Summer Analyst posting opened on 8 January 2026, eighteen months before the internship starts, while the Corporate Analyst Development Program opened in July and Code for Good in August: three separate calendars, and picking the wrong one costs you a year. This playbook maps every published route, the recorded interview and coding gates, the pay the firm itself prints in its postings, and the deferral and clawback rules a regulated bank has to disclose. Checked against the 10-K, the proxy, the PRA rulebook and the UK gender pay gap service on 21 September 2026.
Deloitte is not one employer. You apply to a member firm, and since 1 June 2026 the UK and 15 other European practices sit inside a new Deloitte EMEA entity while the US firms and Deloitte Asia Pacific stay separate, which is why pay, notice, grades and even the assessment stages differ completely between countries. This playbook uses the UK statutory audit transparency report, the UK gender pay gap filings, Deloitte's published results and Deloitte's own US job postings, where the wage range is a legal disclosure, to give you numbers you can check. Everything carries its source and the date we checked it.
Wipro took in about 7,500 freshers in the year to March 2026 and has published no fresher hiring target at all for the year now running. In the June 2026 quarter its headcount rose only because it completed an acquisition: strip out the 3,200 people who came with Mindsprint and the chief executive says the base fell by 2,500. This playbook sets out all eleven entry routes Wipro names, the exact eligibility gates on Elite National Talent Hunt and on the WILP degree-while-working route, the pay and service agreement terms that sit in filings and on registration pages rather than on the careers homepage, and what attrition and utilisation say about how much hiring is left this year.
Your interviewers at Google do not decide whether you are hired, a rotating hiring committee that never met you does, which is why the company records your answers in writing and scores them against a rubric written before you arrived. Alphabet added 11,830 people in the year to 30 June 2026 while capital expenditure roughly doubled. This playbook maps every route in we could verify, the rules that cap you at three applications a month, and what Google itself publishes about pay.
HDFC Bank lost roughly 49,100 permanent staff in the year to March 2026 and still ended it 3,343 people smaller, which means it hired somewhere near 45,800 people while shrinking. Its own SEBI-mandated report puts the median annual pay of a male employee at ₹6,81,759 and of a female employee at ₹4,81,290, and 77 per cent of its 2,11,178 staff sit in non-supervisory grades. This playbook works through the entry routes the bank has actually published, the pay and attrition figures that sit in its filings rather than on its careers site, and the Reserve Bank of India rules on deferral and clawback that decide what senior staff are allowed to be paid.
Core range and labelled outliers for each role and city, from published surveys. Ask inside the core; use the outliers to spot a low offer or a real niche premium.
The words that appear in real postings, how ATS parsers match them, and the search strings recruiters actually type.
Demand for 13 to 15 years' experience grew 18% last month (JobSpeak, Aug 2026), and little of it was posted. On 21 November 2025 India brought four labour codes into force and replaced 29 central labour laws in one day, and most people working under them still do not know it happened. Four days before this guide was checked the Cabinet approved raising the provident fund wage ceiling from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000, which is not the ₹21,000 figure being reported. Written for two readers at once: an Indian professional who wants their own market described accurately, and anyone moving into India to work.

The grander sounding permit has the higher bar: France's Talent card for a qualified employee asks €39,582 a year, the EU Blue Card asks €59,373, and both let a spouse work from day one, which an ordinary salarié card does not for 18 months. Every threshold is a multiple of the SMIC or of a reference average salary, so they all moved on 1 January. And since 1 January 2026 a first multi-year card also needs A2 French and 32 correct answers out of 40 on a new civic exam, which most skilled workers turn out to be exempt from.

Bahrain is also the Gulf state where your right to change employer without the current one's consent sits in the statute that created the regulator, and where, once you have passed twelve months on your permit, your employer's silence counts as approval. Inside: the twelve month transfer rule and the three month trap at the end of a permit, the monthly levy your employer pays for you, Bahrainisation by activity code, the 4.2 per cent gratuity scheme, family income thresholds, the five year engineering licence floor, and why nobody official will tell you whether to put a photograph on your CV.

An Egyptian employer may not fill more than roughly one job in ten with a foreigner, and if you are hired as an expert or a technician the same decree obliges the company to appoint two Egyptians to shadow you and file progress reports on how well you are training them. The permit itself is cheap, EGP 6,000 for the first year, so the quota, not the fee, is what decides whether an offer can exist at all. The other thing that decides your year is the currency: the pound traded between 48.81 and 54.69 to the dollar in the six months to 20 September 2026, which makes whether your salary is written in pounds or in dollars matter more than the number in it.
