The two doors in: the Blue Card line and the ADEM certificate
FreeLuxembourg has two doors for a non-EU professional, and an ordinary job offer opens neither of them on its own. One door is a salary line, the EU Blue Card. The other is a certificate from the national employment agency, ADEM, that says nobody already in the EU could take the job. Which door you can use decides how long the process takes and how free you are once you arrive.
