Refunds & Cancellations

Our self-serve products (credit packs, Unlimited Passes, and bulk credits for teams) are digital services that give you immediate access on payment, priced in US dollars (USD) plus applicable taxes. Because access is granted instantly, these purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment is made. Credits remain usable until their validity period ends: one month for packs of up to 10 credits and three months for larger packs. EDZER Resume Studio is credit-based and has no subscriptions.

An Unlimited Pass grants unlimited AI generations for a fixed period (for example one week or one month) for one individual’s personal use. Because access begins immediately and the value is consumed over the period, passes are non-refundable and non-cancellable once purchased. A pass is a one-time purchase that does not auto-renew; access simply ends when the period lapses, so there is nothing to cancel. Passes are personal-use only; using one for business, reseller or bulk purposes, as described in our Terms, may lead to suspension without refund.

Verified students receive a discount on eligible purchases. The discount is applied at checkout after we manually verify a valid college or university ID; it reduces the price you pay but does not, by itself, change the non-refundable nature of the discounted product. We may decline or revoke a student discount where an ID appears invalid or the discount is misused.

You may buy additional credit packs at any time. If you enable auto-recharge, we top up your balance automatically when it reaches zero, on your saved payment method, at the discounted auto-recharge rate for the credit amount you chose. You can turn auto-recharge off at any time from your account.

EDZER Resume Studio is credit-based; there are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel. Credit packs are one-time purchases and cannot be cancelled or refunded once the credits have been granted. Unused credits remain usable until their validity period ends: one month for packs of up to 10 credits and three months for larger packs. Validity does not compound; when you buy or auto-recharge, the later of your current and new expiry dates applies.

Our professional resume writing and career services are governed by the specific terms shared with you at the time of purchase, including the deliverables, timelines, the review window for corrections, and any satisfaction guarantee that applies to that service. Where a service is offered with an ATS-score or optimization guarantee, the guarantee applies on the conditions stated for that service. Advance payments made to begin a professional service are adjusted against the total price of that service and are not separately refundable except as provided in those service terms.

Even though our self-serve purchases are non-refundable, we will act fairly. We will issue a refund where: you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error; you were charged but access to the purchased feature was not delivered because of a fault on our side that we were unable to resolve within a reasonable time; or a refund is required by applicable law. These are the only circumstances in which a refund is provided for self-serve products.

Where a refund is approved under this Policy, it is processed through our payment processor, Razorpay, to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or provider, it typically reflects within five to seven business days after approval. Any applicable taxes are refunded in line with the original invoice.

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of your Account while the matter is investigated.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Updates are posted on this page with a new date.
