Read that literally, because it is not how most companies run a panel. The five people who interview you are not all probing the same thing and comparing notes afterwards. Each one carries an assignment, writes up what they saw against that assignment, and brings the writing to the debrief. A candidate with three superb stories looks strong to one interviewer and thin to the other four. A candidate with two usable stories against each of the 16 principles looks consistent to everyone in the room.
