The diagnosis investigates the whole search: every résumé version you sent, the jobs you sent them to, whether you are applying at the right level, whether recruiters can find you, and whether the market has openings for what you are targeting. You get a report that ranks the likely reasons, not a list of résumé edits.
Because "not getting calls" is always relative to specific jobs. Setting your résumé against the descriptions you actually applied to shows what those employers wanted and you did not show. 10 to 20 gives a reliable pattern; with fewer, we tell you which findings are less certain.
